Book List For June

This is a good time to read some old favorites as well as find out what’s new.

Infant to two years

For the youngest children, it is a good time to find water proof books. Children spend time in the tub and pools and it is a great time to have them “read” while cooling off. Several books have been adapted to bath time and are printed for that purpose.

Fisher Price publishes a set of books--Look What I See--that are vinyl and perfect for this age.

Ages six and up:

This age child will enjoy a chapter book with a parent or teacher sharing the reading with the child. Art and field trips can also be used to enhance the stories. Suggestions would be:
